According to the cashier, they use a non-dairy creamer for the Thai Milk Tea, which is great because that can be a challenge to find!! We tried that and the mango-peach tea. I stopped in just for tea this time but look forward to trying their vegetarian noodle soup on my next visit!
I've only gotten delivery from this restaurant, so I cant speak on their service inside, but their delivery is absolutely delicious. They have amazing homemade boba and their spring rolls are to die for. I completely recommend. For anyone who is vegan like I am, make sure to get the spring rolls ins
What a great discovery! Despite sharing a parking lot with a sketchy hotel, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Lots of Asian offerings on the menu, and a few American selections, too. Great selection of tea with boba variations. The food & drinks were delicious, light and refreshing.
Surprisingly good despite the surrounding neighborhood. A little more pricey than what I'm used to for banh mi but its a good size and the bread is crusty yet soft. Service was super friendly and they accept orders on yelp as well. Their avocado and taro drinks are good too.
Current obsession. Found this place here on Yelp and I'm loving it . I recommend beef rice bowl, banh mi sandwiches ,milk teas and the smoothies . The portions are huge and very yummy. The service is great and fast , the girl in the register is very helpful when I ask for help deciding what to eat .
This place is awesome. Rolled in about 15 deep. Pork belly sandwich was awesome. Bread is very fresh as well as whole sandwich. I also had the bowl of Pho. The broth was some of the best I have had. Lots of meat in it as well.

Tasty food, great prices. Had a bowl of steaming hot beef pho filled with giant slices of tender beef and chunks of chewy tendon. Spring rolls with generous slices of pork and shrimp. Will definitely return!
First of all , I'm only giving this a 4 star because the location sucks. You have that crackhead hotel in the back that shares the same parking lot. The boba teas here are on smack . The smoothies too , are bomb AF . Food here is cool . Haven't had everything but the sandwiches and rice and noodle p
