We ordered delivery and the lady on the phone was so kind to recommend different deals and even compared coupon prices for us.

Pick up - we call to make are order and they give us a 20 minutes stemate, we went 30 after and we still wait 20 more minutes. We order extra large pizza and chicken wings, they were dry and it looks like they just pore the sauce right in the middle and forgot about the whole order.

Came in person to dine in with my lady. Waited patiently for almost an hour until I had to ask how much longer. I was told ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later I ask again, the pizza wasn’t even being prepared. We were refunded. I’m not coming here ever again.
If you want "Grilled" pizza this is your place . I really dislike this round table. My wife decided to go to this one. I usually go to the one on Foothill. You asked for not to be cooked well done, you will get it well done. I hate burnt pizza they always burn your pizza here. Unacceptable absolutel

Had a great experience ordering from RT Hayward! The food delivery time was actually set for 90 minutes, which is expected from RT or any restaurant during noon, but the food got here earlier so that was great! Food came nearly an hour earlier than expect or so do that was awesome.
