Oaky's Oatmeal Stout
Black as will's lab, oaky, this hearty brew features six different malts including oats, chocolate malt, & roasted barley. Poured using nitrogen for a creamy head, this beer will leave you begging for more
River Pig American Pale Ale
This copper beer will deliver a blast of hops w/ every guzzle. We add hops at four stages during the brew including dry hopping, which leave this pale w/ a floral aroma.
Honey Wheat
This golden brew is made w/ fresh pilsen malt, wheat, gambrinnus honey malt & 50 pounds of local honey.
Minnow Lite
Our micro brew for those in search of a light, crisp beer. Features pilsen malt & german hallertau.
The building that houses the angry minnow brewery was built in 1889 by lumber baron robert l. mccormick & housed the offices of the northern wisconsin lumber company. Recognized at the time as an architectural statement in the 19th century town of hayward, wisconsin, we undertook a careful renovation & a major addition to this historic & elegant building
