This Dunkin has gone down hill since Ida and Anthony left management. That means ever since covid this place can’t seem to get its self organised and all around together. They always seem to run out of straws or flavours , Cups, food, etc. I mean It’s seems like everyday or ever other day they don’
Slow, incompetent and disgusting. Waited 10 minutes for a bagel NOT toasted with cream cheese. Sandwich station absolutely disgusting. No cutting board. Made my bagel on bare metal that was filthy. Made mention to the manager but she didn't seem to care. Workers have no pride in their store
I only gave them 5 stars because I like the employees but it's just getting ridiculous. I can't wait 20-30 minutes to get a couple coffees.
Nice staff. Very slow service. Wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush unless you do a mobile order.

Normally I do not get good service here (4/5 stars) , I stopped here today out of convenience, I was pleasantly surprised by the service, Isabella took and made my order. so pleased i even went as far as filling out a survey from my receipt! Fast and my drink was perfect
