Wow! This is the first I have been here… Best Italian I’ve had in PA. The Sausage Pizza gives the New York vibe, the Penne Alla Vodka was truly outstanding! Definitely going back for more. The service was fantastic and the owner was super nice. Definitely a new customer!!
A meal with family is a success when the food is delicious, but so much better when the service is family like. I was visiting and when I get back to Hazelton this is the only place I'm taking family to dinner.
Atmosphere may not be five stars for everyone but I thought so. Happy 31st Anniversary!!

I ordered an XL pizza with salami, black olives and spinach. The pizza was so large, it didn't quite fit into the box. The toppings were more abundant than any pizza I have ever ordered. It was delivered on time and warm. VERY SATISFIED with my first experience here.
Service was very poor and that is putting it nicely. Rude, slow and could care less if we got our order or if we liked it or needed anything else. Experienced this years ago and thought to give them another chance, maybe things have changed....... My answer is NO. It's a shame , the food was great but I won't be back.
Top notch! Never had a bad anything out of here. If you want a real traditional stromboli this is the only choice. Full pizza box horseshoe of delicious, not something you can mistake for a hoagie... And that bring me to this. If you love supreme style and the best Sicilian dough known and have hungry people than have no regrets ordering the "alta super" you will not be disappointed, each slice has to come out at about 4lbs, if there ever was such a thing as 'knife and fork' pizza this would be it, I used to ride bike there for lunch and it was very counterproductive:)

Waiter Gabe was great, as was the white pizza. Parking was easy. 6 steps to enter, very small bathroom.
I wish the walk in area was a little bigger by the register but this place has amazing food at a Decent price!
Would give 10 stars if possible. Ok, I do not even know where to start. I guess I will start with the pizza. Just unbelievable! Crust is perfectly cooked and the sauce is out of this world (just the right amount). The BEST margherita pizza I have ever had. Now let's talk about a true Italian Antipasto Salad. No words do this dish justice. Just an amazing dish of Italian charcuterie mixed with a caprese salad, sliced cheese, olives, and roasted red peppers. I do not get to come to Hazleton that often anymore but I can assure you, when I do, Alta Pizzeria is the first call on my list. Thank you to the wonderful staff and Neil for making my time here worth while. Until next time...Arrivederci my good friends and thank you again for a wonderful meal.
If I could give more stars I would. Let me start with the food. Good quality, great taste, and very generous portions. Service is top notch! The owner and his children make you feel like home as if you’ve known them since day one.

Awesome! Delicious and fresh! So impressed on how they handled my food allergy, made me feel very comfortable about eating here. The cheese steaks are amazing! Great service and i look forward to coming again and trying something else. Highly recommend.
Alta Súper Pizza, absolutely delicious! Very nice persons working at the pizza shop and bring the food to me in their restaurant.

Alta is a family-owned and operated restaurant. There is parking in the front and side. They do a lot of take out business as well. Their food is REALLY good (special shout out to the clams and the fried dough!!). The service is a tad on the slow side and sometimes they make mistakes with orders. The good thing is that they are willing to correct their mistakes--but that does mean you will have to wait longer. It seems like they prefer phone takeout orders but you can find them on the Slice app. Make sure to tell them that your order is on Slice if you do pick up. Quantity of food os also on the larger side. Good prices, extremely tasty food, and slower service. All good though if you are not in a hurry.
The linguine pasta was properly cooked, as were the shrimp, mussels and clams. Good portion size, only downside was no bread and delivery took a long time so my food was kind of cold. I brought it back to life in a hot pan with garlic, olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon.
I highly recommend and I will try them again.
