The counter girl was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the parking lot was clean as well. I have the chicken strips and they were perfectly made. The meat was juicy in the crunch was perfect. The rice and beans were excellent. And the staff was understanding of the disabled person I had with me.
You always have to wait ,and wait, and wait for your food. 2 times we made the 25 min trip for their spicy chicken sandwich & they were sold out at like 4pm!!! There's not many adults working there. The workers are like 16 -18 .It's kinda a joking around, I don't care atmosphere inside.
Had to stop by on our way home from a trip and this was the one off I-80 that was the “closest”. When I got there around 8pm they didn’t seem busy and I was the only one ordering inside. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches. That’s it. Took about 30 minutes total. The food was excellent and seemed freshly fried. Manager seemed aware of my unusual wait and offered free drink and some pastry.

Went through the drive through and the service was nice and fast. Our food was hot and everything was delicious! The sun was just starting to go down when we arrived. They didn't have any lights on signaling they were open or any lights on the parking lot so it was very dark. There was also a kitty in the parking lot, lol.
