Large portions of food, the sampler breakfast was great: egg whites, ham, bacon, sausage and pancakes (not shown). The staff was friendly and helpful.

All you can eat PanCakes includ crepes !!!! I just had surgery on my leg and not feeling 100%. My pops picked me up an headed to Warm Springs and Gibson.. Service was super. Waiterss was super nice and listened. Thank you for the experience.!!
This IHOP posted their hours as a 24 hour dining establishment. When I entered at 4:10am for some breakfast- they turned me away stating they "the grill is closed till 5:00am." I'm unsure why it is down, went to the Denny's across the street. Disappointing 😔
The only reason I'm giving the 5 stars was my waitress (Arleitha) the best waitress in the place she was on her game had her 2 days and she didn't miss a beat. Food came out hot coffee was hot had everything without having to ask for it like she could ready your mine and bring it before you ask for
