The line took quite some time to get through. When I finally get my food half my order was not in the bag, I had to go back and wait again for it. When I finally start eating I find a hair in the chicken. Of course I found it only after I had eaten a piece already. Love that for me.

Ordered a meal I requested a fresh meal, I got to the window and they hand me the meal I knew it wasn’t what I expected, the burger and fries were cold then I return it back, they tried and say it was out of the fryer when it was plain cold, they replaced my meal, fries were good but burger the same

So let me tell you I order from this Popeyes over 4 times from postmates and once in person. They were super busy today and my order was wrong but ray the manager i believe was able to handle the whole situation fast I mean their was a drink to meal in my order missing no sides or drink for the 6.99
