Incredibly slow. Multiple groups waited 45+ minutes for food. A delivery driver was there for an hour. Dirty restaurant, sticky floors. Employees in no hurry and did not call our orders or try to help manage the queue.

I love Steak 'n Shake over all, but Not this location! The food HERE has never been right since they opened. The fries are always cold. Burgers, just ok. Once we stopped with a large group of people to get shakes. We all got sick on them. Maybe the Ingredients they used went bad???
Burgers were decent. Grilled onions could have used some more time grilling. Bacon was almost all fat and inedible. Shakes were really strange ice/slushy consistency. Almost as if they aren’t cream based. Watery and you could feel ice pieces as you ate it. Could only eat a few bites before throwing
The food was good. They did get our order wrong initially, but once corrected the food tasted fine. The portion of fries is a little disappointing, but otherwise not a very bad experience there.
