It's just like every other Burger King. Cheap fast food that most likely won't kill you immediately. Clean and nice staff. Never had any problems with wrong order. Wheelchair accessible and you can order online or use a food app at this location.
No 'major' issues here. Slight mix up with my order which was promptly fixed. They did NOT have Diet Dr. Pepper or lemonade, but the burgers were fine!
I had an issue with my order and noticed after I had gotten home. I called up and manager said to come back. She apologized, explained what happened and fixed the situation after listening! to me. I WILL be back multiples times to patronize this restaurant JUST BECAUSE of the manager (Joan? I think)
This place is usually fairly well run, but my most recent trip through the drive up window took way too long. Oh, and it's really annoying that corporate won't allow the stores to add the cream in the coffee when it is poured.
Stopped in for a rest break and got a chocolate shake. Was nice to see they add chocolate syrup to vanilla and blend it right there. Much better flavor than the from the factory mix a lot of places use for chocolate shakes.
Very well run.
First time I've sat in and said " Wow, this is good Burger King."
Food and fries were hot and fresh.
I had a leaky cup, which was exchanged without protest.
And an item was left off my order which was also remedied without interrogation.
This burger King got great food n service but the lovely lady at the Fletcher mt home exit she really made our day great felt like a king for a minute
We were on our way to Pigeon Forge. It was so late, we stopped here on a whim. The gentleman running the drive-through was so polite and friendly. He is why this place is getting five stars. Best BK around. Food is always fresh, employees are super friendly. Stores always clean. Stop here weekly and have never had a bad experience. Visits are always in the afternoon and I will go out of my way to hit this location over any of the others around.
Friendly staff. Tried the new chicken parmesan sandwich, it could use more sauce. Sandwiches were very squashed. Fresh hot fries tasted delicious, though had to wait for them. Dining area was clean.
Employees are friendly & quick service. Poor Wi-Fi network.
