The food was good, and so was the service given the circumstances. Not only are things busy due to the holidays, but a lot of their staff were out sick. Jenny was kind and doing all she could to ensure a pleasant dining experience for others, though her children were also ill. Emma was our server, and I think one of the only ones, but she was kind and professional.
I enjoy eating at Cheddars. Although they sometimes seem short staffed and hiring , the food is wonderful . Christy is a great server. They work hard to give a pleasant experience. The music is loud enough to hear but soft enough for conversation. The management is helpful and responsive. Their prices are reasonable and the food portions are generous. It's great to take 1/ 2 of the meal home as a heat and enjoy later. Really like going there on occasion.
The food was good the tiny bit I could eat. My first plate had a very long hair in it. The server took it back the next plate after I had eaten my green beans out of the bowl, I took my bowl off my plate their was another piece of hair. I talked to the manager. They did refund me the money I paid. I really wanted my food. The server and manager was super understanding and kind.. I'm sure I will never go back. I love the food but I can't get the hair our of my mind.
Food was amazing! Staff well our waitress had 3 tables and just couldn't be bothered to refill drinks while i passed by her chatting up other staff then could see her just standing around. She didn't even bring the food out. I'm an amazing tipper so her bad service resulted in just the 20% instead of way more. I'm diabetic BTW n I'm thirsty all the time so no refills is a big deal.
Frank is one of the best waiter's we have experienced, at any restaurant! He should honestly be in a 5 star restaurant with the service he provides. The restaurant in itself, did not seem to have their stuff together but he was helping everywhere and anyone he could. Our food was good and everything came out to us in a timely manner.
Excellent food quality and to go order was completed before scheduled time and brought to the car. Server was courteous and friendly. Food tasted good and was reasonably priced
We've dined here before. This time was different. My wife ordered the bourbon glazed salmon, carrots and mashed potatoes. I ordered 2 vegetables mashed potatoes and green beans. The food tasted fair. The carrots weren't cooked all the way still hard. Our mashed potatoes were delicious. My green beans were not hardly cooked at all, still very crunchy had a good flavor though. I substituted Red beans and rice, I sent them back they had Bell peppers... not authentic at all, I'm from Louisiana.
The service was great 👍 Stephen was top notch and very attentive and cooperative. We agreed it's not a repeat. We were there for lunch 9/12/23
Food was ok. I had the chicken fried steak,fries, and green beans. Steak and fries were good. Green beans left a little to be desired. My wife had the 6 Oz steak, loaded potato and broccoli. The steak was just ok and the broccoli didn't taste good. The potato was great tho. Maybe just an off day when I went . Usually chedders is pretty good .
Ribeye was under cooked, once it was corrected it was good. wife said lady's room had mold growing on ac vent, hopefully it was addressed. We visited this place 2yrs ago, it was terrible and wouldn't have gotten half a star. Only returned bc we were meeting friends, extreme turn around.
The food was yummy. Reese was our Bartender- Server. Sweet girl. Great service. When we visit Tennessee again. We will return.
I can't say enough about my experiences at this particular Cheddars. I've been to several, and this has consistently been the best. The food actually looks like the picture on the menu when it comes out of the kitchen!!! Where else does that happen? Service has never disappointed.
Cheddar's chicken breast was so plump and tender with fresh mushrooms & right amount of dijon, mashed potatoes so delishous you know it's authentic with one bite. This was all gf! Well done Scratch! And love the fish tank. Definitely a destination to keep going to. You won't be disappointed with Cheddar' s Scratch Kitchens.
We came on late last night after 10..they close at 11.We had a 30 minute wait..service was great...Thanks to Camron or (Cam as I called him)our waiter was very friendly..
And the food was delicious

I enjoy Cheddar's every single time I set foot in this establishment! I always see happy faces and enjoy great food! Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, queso dip and chips, spinach dip, and tenders(the trio) as my appetizer, and a Strawberry Lemonade as my drink... how fantastic is that? Lol I have not one bad thing to say about this Cheddar's.. ! Keep up the great work, guys!
