My wife & I from Ohio had dinner here with our great friends from Hendersonville. Our waitress was outstanding, the pizza was fantastic and the atmosphere made for a fun, down-home time for all of us! We had such a great time together here!
We go here at least once a week.
The staff is always super friendly and the food is amazing. As someone who spent a decade in the culinary world, it's hard to find a family restaurant with good prices and great food but Brixx checks all of the boxes.
Beyond the fantastic food, the service here is top-notch – friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is so welcoming and is a good family friendly place to spend an evening at. Very evident that the management takes great care in the quality of the place and has attention to deal. Definitely a 5 star gem in Hendersonville. PS: the BBQ chicken pizza is the best!!
Our waitress seemed to want to be somewhere else. It was our first time there she seated us, brought our drinks, and got lost for about 20mns. My husband had to keep getting her attention by raising his hand (he dislikes doing that). The other waiters seemed to be a lot better. If you do get her, you have to ask for everything down to a plate to eat off of. The pizza was great and was served hot. The wings are good if expecting them to be hot in flavor they are not the spinach dip appetizer, which was fantastic. I recommend and hope you get a waiter
Revised 2023: Service was attentive, friendly and food was great.
The gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options are nice to have. Service is spotty and you never know what to expect.
Remember they have gluten-free crust and cauliflower crust and regular crust. cauliflower crust is what I had, taste just like thin crust pizza. Great flavors. try the Bronx bomber pizza. As for the southwestern salad that we ordered it was a little spicy and we loved it. Couldn’t finish any of the food. Don’t forget buy two entrées get two free on Tuesdays and happy hour prices are half off on all appetizers. Be sure to say hi to Mary the server and show her some love. Video review coming soon on YouTube Jack on the go show.
This place for my wife and I is an after work date night spot. Servers are always friendly and super attentive. Our server Marlo,(hope I spelled it correctly),last night she led me to the best salad 🥗 I've ever eaten.(Arugula, pear, pecans, cranberries, goat cheese and more)
As a guy from New Jersey, I'm a pizza Snob. Thisssss place takes me home without traveling 800 miles.
We'll be back in a week⏳️ I'm sure!! 🍕 🍕 🍕 🥳🥳🥳👌🏽👌🏽
Just Everything ❤️! From the greeting to the $Check/Bill is an Amazing experience. The Floor Manager checks on you & is Always there. The Services Friendly & engaging. Food is consistent & fresh. Our family feels so welcomed that our young teenagers go by themselves too. The prices are equal to going through a fast-food establishment. Support this Business! Please Tip 20% + on the total bill (after taxes) & reminder even Servers are allowed to have a bad day. Don't take it personally.
Very welcoming and ideally located near the movie theater. You get both a great dinner and movie experience for a good price. They had a great selection of both appetizers and entrees. The pizza was delicious and the appetizer was pleasing. Our waiter was great! Definitely looking forward on trying those oven roasted wings.
I would love my opportunity to share my experience in the midst of some of these rancid reviews. I was a patron of Brixx in Hendersonville lastnight (11/19/23). To set some context, this business was a packed house yesterday. I do believe there was a wait for even a two seating booth for about an hour at some point. From my prospective as a guest, this was nothing to do with the operations of the restaurant but due to the capacity of people trying to have a sit down meal at this restaurant (a true testament to this businesses and it’s ability to make returning customers). Onto my experience.
When me and fellow patrons sat for our food we were approached in an appropriate amount of time for the amount of business happening in this restaurant. We ordered our drinks and appetizers and at this time is when my table could not ignore the audible complaining from a huge party close to us. We saw them take their seats and heard nothing but complaints through out them taking their chair. It was evident that the staff was bending over backwards to accommodate this party that was over 25 people. After our drinks hit the table it was impossible to ignore this unruly bunch of people RAVING about writing poor reviews for the restaurant based on that fact that they are a huge party and did not get the service as if they were a party of 2. I told my waiter this information because you could see the effort that this restaurant was trying to pay to every guest and I morally do not agree to trashing a business due to the fact the whole store was filled with an additional wait and a large party did not get the undivided service they thought they were ENTITLED TO. Once we told our waiter, we saw the message get passed along to the GM (who we had already seen interacting with this increasingly difficult half army) and we saw the GM communicate to his front of house manager that it was time for them to leave. That manager then approached this party confronted them about the disrespectful manner that they had been treating his staff & asked them to leave at that time. These barbaric living craters dug their feet in the dirt and drew a SCENE on this man defending his staff. They loudly demanded that it “was their American right to eat where they want and to treat anyone how they felt”. They were then told that it is a business’s own right to refuse service. After that exchange they brandish their cell phones causing a bigger scene getting in the staff’s faces and personal space (some of these staff members are probably a day over 18 just trying to do their job) claiming that they have rights.
It was completely embarrassing to see neighbors of this community acting with such privilege, entitlement and lack of humanity. Once this party had finally made their exit, the dining rooms ERUPTED in applause for this staff’s ability to handle this difficult situation. By the end of the night the GM and front of house manager paid a visit to our table to thank us for speaking up and even decided to comp our appetizer to supplement their bitter behavior.
Shout out to this staff and restaurant! This business has survived COVID and contributes to this community. 10/10 will be returning.
Great place to get a quick pizza. Spicy sausage and honey is the best! Service is always good. They are always consistently good when we stop in.
The food here is great, Heather the bartender is wonderful and her service was great... but whoever the manger is that is seating screaming young kids in the bar area on a Friday night which is supposed to be 21 and up is an idiot.
Came in for a quick lunch. Josie was my server. She was very pleasant. Suggested the pizza and salad lunch special. It was very good. Wonderful service. Definitely will return.
My husband and I had an amazing experience here! Our server was great and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!
