Upon paying, the tornado got close and they told my mom and kids to hurry inside to get to safe shelter. Mom is very thank
Last night was so scary. We stopped by for a treat when we realized a tornado was coming our way. The staff immediately provided us a safe place to shelter ourselves while it passed. We are so thankful the manager and staff cared enough to protect us as well. We would have never made it home. Thank

Awesome, The service was amazing, and always is! Honestly I will only go here for ice cream or shakes. It seems like this is the only place around that you get good service from. This place is awesome! They fulfilled a photo cake order that no one else in the area could, and they were so helpful and friendly every step of the way. Plus the cake looked flawless and tasted delicious!

I went the other day with my mom to the Hendersonville tn location and we enjoyed our experience. When you first walk in it smells like delicious waffle cones! We were able to dine in and enjoy our ice cream 🍦 🍨
Kind employees but lobby closes at 9:30pm currently so be aware!

Customer service is always great here. I’m not sure of his name but the taller male worker with the curly hair goes above and beyond and is always so sweet! Great location that you can tell is managed well.
All of the folks behind the counter are a great help. They give you the time to choose a flavor and let you sample it if your unsure about a flavor. Remember to carry cash to tip these nice hard working folks. As always the ice cream is great and their pizza treats are excellent as well.

Great first impression! I drove 30 mins to this one because of the great reviews and I can see why. Very fast and had a big milkshake order. They were well staffed and they hustled.
Tonight’s crew had excellent customer service! We are from out of town and this is by far the best baskin robbins experience that we’ve had! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly!
