I've had great experiences at this particular location with the workers and manager. Some workers are more talkative while others look like they're just there to work, a mix. Seems fairly typical to me.

Slow service. Hard to tell the difference between ordering ahead and just going through the drive through. Food doesn't taste the way it used too. Nice Baristas though, I'm sure they're doing their best.

Come here probably a couple times a month and I don't think I've ever had an issue. Staff is respectful and efficient. Drinks are always fresh and taste great!
