store is on top of everything. He has a great staff and in my opinion is the best Bojangles in the Nashville area. Amidst labor shortages and difficulty getting good employees, this location still gets it right for me every time I order her. K
Never had Bojangles before today. Ordered a 20 pc family meal and extra sides to feed my employees. Good chicken and friendly service. Be sure you're given butter and jelly for your biscuits. I started opening boxes to check but they assured me it was in there. Mine was missing so I had to return. T
I am very pleased with my experience today. The food came out quick and it was very fresh. Also, the general manager was there and I talked with him briefly. He had mentioned he was working there on his day off to help his staff. He was very friendly. Service was great!

Ordered here this morning for Mother’s Day. Jason Meadows was a life saver after I made a bonehead move and set the order pickup time for 8:30PM (meant to set it for AM). He came out to my car and we figured it out. He had my food out in less than 5 minutes. Unparalleled customer service right there

I've got through the drive thru at this location multiple times. They are always incredibly fast, never once got my order wrong and are always so friendly. 5 stars! Certainly recommend this location!
We stopped by to try the chicken sandwich. We don't have these where we live so we like to try different things while traveling. We did have to wait for fresh chicken but they have us free Desert biscuits and a drink while waiting. We didn't even ask for it nor did we say it would be a problem.
