I had stopped going to the Krystal because of poor food quality and very rude employees. Decided to give it a try tonight after a couple of months and it was superb!! Great customer service and the best Krystals I have had in a long time!!!
I went not being sure about driving there and the food bad or something after reading the reviews. Saw the dining room closed so knew short staffed. Mgr took my order, and it was huge, just her and one new kid. Waited maybe 10minutes and well worth it. Hot, fresh delish Krystal's. One car behind me

The store is very old and run down. Very nasty inside but hey got to have those fresh hot small squares whenever we are around one.
It’s under new managment!!! Staff to actually keep the place open, staff seems friendly and polite, and food is as good as it should be.

The quality of the served food was noticeably better at this location than the Goodlettsville location and service was excellent!
If you love Krystals, this is the place. Severe staff shortages usually means that only the drive thru is open, though sometimes (if enough staff is there), they'll have the dining area open.
I must say they only had 2 people working. They both were super friendly and were working extremely hard dealing with rude guests. As a restaurant manager myself I commend them.
