We had an absolutely amazing experience from the hostess all the way to us walking out of the establishment, where employees were on their way out and wished us a good evening even when not being on the clock. Service was friendly and fast. The food was cooked absolutely amazingly; steak, sweet potato, mashed potato, corn, lobster tail, shrimp skewers and shrimp appetizer. Drinks were perfect. Our waitress made sure that everything was perfect and checked in on us frequently. I will definitely be back again to visit this establishment. Well worth the money!
Outstanding service from our waitstaff, Amanda, and Chris the manager! My brother had a gigantic steak (The Longhorn, I believe) cooked to perfection and paired with all the fixings! Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake dessert, too...so yummy...the perfect light finish to a full meal. I hope we go back tomorrow, LOL!

Great steakhouse. We went to the Boston location before and this one delivered as well. Service was good and food was excellent.
Only 1 star off as I had ordered medium rare while my partner ordered medium and it seems they mixed it up. We didn't mind swapping dishes so it was fine for us.
Always get the crispy Brussel Sprouts.
All the time my favorite in restaurant Long horn, frequent Im visiting in Buffalo / Rochester, as regular addiction Salmon grilled, this time tried Salmon and Steak , it was delicious and their customer services beyond expectations, love to go back and highly recommended to everyone.
Beautiful decor and attentive staff, the food gave me a lot of stomach discomfort & im not sure why. I had the grilled shrimp & mash potatoes.
The $5 margaritas were amazing and so was the bread.
Great steaks! Great sides! Great service! This is really a fine chain, they go above and beyond and they are always consistent. With so many local restaurants going outta business it’s really nice to have these chains around so we still have some decent options. Often people will bash chains but small businesses will often not be consistent and they don’t always have the best hiring practices.
Absolutely the best longhorn I have ever been too! I am trans and they chatted me up and we're very nice and pleasant! My new favorite stop in Rochester now!
Everything was better than I expected. Food and drink were delicious. Service was exceptional. About 15 min of wait time for table and another 25 for rest of the food. Place is clean and the seats were spacious. This location honors military discount.
My waitress was great! She was kind and funny, and even took our picture for our anniversary. The food was delicious. Perfect night!
Wow, we were expecting ab average meal, but it was amazing and the service was exceptional. We ordered the funion and stuffed mushrooms as appetizers YUM! We both ordered Ribeyes with baked potatoes and my friend added lobster. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. We plan to make this a regular stop for dinner plans!
So enjoyed my meal today. For a take out it was 👍 my spicy chicken bites was delicious and tender with a nice portion filled to the top my strawberry salad and Asparagus with cheese sauce wow. Thank you I will be returning. And you also can bring your family here and enjoy..

Jamie was our server and she was great. Perfect attention to detail. Steak was a bit overdone but everything else about the meal was perfect from drinks to dessert. My wife asked for coffee and Jamie brewed a new pot so the coffee was fresh. Highly recommend visiting this Longhorn location for a great meal with superb service.
