I probably like the Mt Hope one more but to be fair this is equally good. Great outdoor seating and lots of parking. Their version of garbage plate wasn’t quite there, but I like this place for the beer and ambience.

Adam and I love the Distillery's wings... This location wasn't as good as the one on Mt. Hope, and the ambiance wasn't as cozy, but the parking was a lot better and I thought the food was just as good.

This location of the Distillery is top notch! I was in the area and ordered takeout online, it was very easy and efficient and assigned me a time for pickup. I went there much earlier than my order was expected to be ready since I was done with my errands in the area. I approached the unattended takeout counter and a waitress quickly stopped and asked how she could help. I explained that I was a bit early for an online takeout order, she said that's ok, I'll check in the kitchen and see how they are doing. Within about 5 min, I was notified by text that my order was ready, looked up and it was being handed to me. Everyone was so nice, and the total preparation time was only 20 minutes, during their busy lunch hour on a Friday! This was 10 minutes earlier than my original pick-up time. I have also gone here for happy hour and received the same efficient and friendly service while inside with friends. Give this place a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed!

The server was outstanding and the food was good. My parents enjoyed their meals as I did. The price was fair and the ambiance inviting. Although the place was a little bit chilly, if you wear a light jacket, you'll be fine. The food came out in a timely manner and the server attended to our needs.

Update: The tried and true is dependably good! All good thoughts except for the inescapable cool breeze (the draft) and the slow check out. See you again soon, Distillery! 2-stars The Ruben was fine. The shrimp were very tasty but the nachos were disappointing. The waitress was pleasant. Seemed pricey. Seated right away.

We went to lunch today. Busy, but not that busy. They must have been down staff or something, but we want to thank Sara at the bar for taking such good care of us. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Food was as good as I remember. Thanks

I came in for lunch with my son. Richard R did an amazing job. He was kind, attentive, and over all a great server. They had chicken tacos for $11 since it was a Tuesday and they were so flavorful! To top it off we shared a molten lava cake for dessert and it was amazing!

Got frickles and giant pretzel to share and they both tasted delicious, beers were good, I liked the blueberry wheat. Reasonable mid-range prices, I like the food discount for happy hour. Thank you to our server Benjamin G for the excellent service!

Finding a place to eat in Henrietta, NY isn't hard. Trying to convince some family members and acquaintances/"friends" to look past the generic national chains and try something locally-owned can be. Found the Distillery on a Google Maps search after said acquaintance kept rattling off the names of bland corporate restaurants, and even then, getting them to give this restaurant a chance felt like pulling teeth. So, were my Herculean efforts to "Eat Local" worth it? The Distillery is a Rochester-area sports bar-type restautant. The Winton Road location appears to be a newer building and doesn't have that old, shabby feeling that some sports bars tend to have. Plenty of TVs to catch whatever game you want to watch. The bar is the central focal point; the restaurant's booths and tables all surround it. For dinner, I had the Atlantic salmon on a bed of rice and a side substitution of fries. The salmon was nicely seasoned but it was a small filet considering the price. Fries were fine but I'd probably skip the rice next time. Maybe I overlooked it, but I didn't see steak on the menu. Service was attentive, no complaints on that front. All in all, the Distillery is a good place to drop in for a bite to eat. It's not the best local Rochester restaurant I've eaten at, but since the best I've found has since closed, this (for me at least) is a worthy alternative - and well worth seeking out instead of the big chains.

Reasonable beer prices a pint was $6 and a tall was $7. I didnt ask how big the tall was though. Manager was really friendly and greeted me as I was looking at what beers they had. Bartender was really nice. Food prices to me seemed a little high as compared to near by establishments. But in This day and age it's to be expected I guess.

Honestly just went in for lunch because I was hungry and had the most unbelievable experience. Our waiter Benjamin was amazing and the food was really really good. Not that I was expecting a poor experience, but having the experience I did have blew my mind and really enjoyed my lunch with my family. Benjamin and the manager I spoke with was outstanding.

Friday's are hectic. The waitress we had was good but the wait time was very long even though it wasn't busy. The tip is also already added to each individual order, and when you pay, it adds an additional tip on as well. I'm not sure if there will be a second visit here.

I’ve dined at the distillery for years. What made me leave a review today is our server Ben - his hospitality was incredible. Truly a pro! The distillery is lucky to have him.

Straight up diner food. Homemade potato chips are good. I got a Reuben and the toast was a tad overdone. All in all average food at average prices. The service and atmosphere was fine.

Very Clean, and the food was perfect! The chicken tenders were fresh, perfectly battered and fried and not too greasy. The steak street tacos were fantastic, and the beans had such great seasoning to compliment. Isabella was outstanding, attentive, and kind!

Our group held its semi-annual lunch at the Distillery for the first time in December. Conrad and his staff did an incredible job hosting our twenty folks to a wonderful time - first mingling at the bar and then eating at the high tops. Great beer selection. The fish fry, burgers, and salads were popular (and good!). But the fun ambiance and the attentive staff put it all over the top. Hold your next event at the Distillery. Ask for Conrad.
