Out of all the Dunkin's I've gone to, this one has consistently gotten my order right each time (I order a lot of the same things and you'd be surprised how much other locations mess it up) they are always nice and friendly even when busy. Keep up the awesome work!
The only Dunkin in the area that consistently serves fresh food and perfect coffee every single time I order. I drive out of my way now to hit this location!

My husband and I visit this location regularly; and only one time has our order failed to meet expectations, and not enough to deter us from visiting again. This is our most frequented Dunkin', and our go-to in the area.
Great, kind staff! We had a unique order on Friday afternoon, and the young man and young woman working were so helpful and sweet!! I've told a few friends how impressed I am. It's our favorite new place to stop!
Cashier was very friendly and gave my daughter a sticker. We'll be back; Especially for the limited time Girl Scout Cookie drinks.
I went here yesterday evening and had a great experience. The closing employees were kind and friendly, not to mention made my coffee drink perfectly.
Terrific coffee but the new cup lids don't stay on and leak when you drink. PLEASE give us back our old lids that fit!!
I work right across the street and go to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday! The staff is incredible! They even started memorizing our orders and know what to expect when I come through the line! I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts in Rochester and I would have to say this location is by far the best as far as staff and accuracy! Even when I order for the rest of my team (around 8 drinks at a time) they have NEVER messed up an order! They have even offered to help me carry the drinks to my car! I am very impressed and will continue to return to this location !!!
This is by far the best DD I have been to. Employees work fast, donuts and bagels are always fresh , and they take time to know their customers. I go here every morning before I start my work day.
I went in to get some food and got a breakfast sandwich that was made very quickly and was delicious. I also got a half a dozen donuts which were awesome donuts. I also bought a sweet tea with lemon and it was a fantastic tea that certainly helped the enjoyment of having went there how i am referring about. Another fast food place nothing here to differentiate between us and some other place. Places clean staff is friendly. I used to think the coffee here was great but to be honest with you Burger King's coffee is the best now.
Resturaunt was an amazing visit. The customer service was spectacular. From the handicap accessible parking to fast food service, this resturaunt made me a very happy guy. Not to mention the food was absolutely wonderful. Cooked to perfection and the team even tried their best to make sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Keep up the good work, you've got yourself a regular. Every time I come to this resturaunt, they have my order already ready and all I need to do is pay. This is what you call fast food (and or drinks).
