Pizza taste very good like the pontillos in bushnells basin. Pricing is good. I would recommend turning the oven a little higher as my pie was a little under. Nbd I finished in my oven.
We ordered our pizza using Google toast. Our pizza was done in 20 minutes and when we got it home, it was so freaking hot I had to wait to eat it. Pontillos has been our go to pizza for so long we forget how good it really is. Tonight's pizza was as good as it gets. Thanks guys.
Google toast is an extension used for food ordering. It works better than some restaurants own sites. Flawless order and payment for tonight's dinner.
I got the buffalo chicken pizza and some cheesy garlic bread. I called on the phone, guy was super nice. They delivered to my hotel to my room, no problems .
It was delicious. I grew up in NJ and we have strong opinions on pizza, this hits the mark. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, those people just don't get pizza maybe?
Anyway, chicken was perfectly done. The slice was well structured, good dough, not too much oil. Very filling.
Value wise? Maybe a tiny bit high on the price but so is everything these days... And honestly for something you get 2-3 meals out of its not bad at all (~$15/meal).
The one thing they could consider doing is adding some sort of house dipping sauce as a nice little extra to compliment their amazing pies.

I’m here at least 2-3 times a week and always get the same thing—-pepperoni and bacon! Always good service and friendly staff who knows my order by heart. Special shout out to maya for always loading my pizza with extra bacon.
Ok so I get food here all the time now that I live pretty much right next to it. The slices and whole pizzas are very consistent and consistently good and the perfect balance of fluffy crust and crispy thin pizza 10/10. ALSO ayo they are hiring so they are doing it understaffed. You guys are awesooooome!!!
Pizza is great, I probably eat there every week. The workers are so polite. I guess they changed their cheese and make the sauce from scratch, so good!

New ownership earlier this year, and we wanted to try it out. This pizza was bangin’! The ratio of sauce, cheese, tang, and crisp, is excellent. Easily the best pizza in Henrietta now (not that the competition was very steep before this anyway, but this is legitimately a great pie).
Now that Pontillo’s is under new ownership, it’s definitely the time to try this place! My husband and I got a garlic and pepperoni pizza. Both had great flavor, the employees were friendly and the pizza was ready in 10 minutes!
We got the pepperoni pizza and at one point I said to my wife, “this is so good I can’t stop eating it.” Definitely a great place to try. From now on, it will be our go-to place when we come to the Rochester area.
Went today and had a delicious white pizza with chick, mushrooms, onions and banana peppers. The new garlic and oil base sauce was to die for.
Excellent chicken fingers. They were cooked perfectly.

Seriously, when friends and family who grew up in the Rochester area, come into town, this is the ONLY pizza they want. "It is the standard of Upstate New York Pizza by which all other pizzas are judged". Don't believe me? Check out how many other pizza shoppes in the area say they have "Pontillo's like pizza". Everyone tries to get it right, but only Pontillo's does.
