Never had a perfect experience here. Either they take way too long, they mess up my order or they simply can't take orders for some reason. Most recent screw up was me ordering a 10pc nuggets and receiving 7.
Worst Jack in tge Box I've ever been to. Supreme croissant looked like a steam roller ran over it. Hash brown was limp,cold with a huge piece missing in the middle. Too busy taking care of drive-thru to pay attention to the counter.

Placed an order through the app at 1:13 pm. The order arrived at 2:47 pm. It was ice cold and missing a sandwich. They set up the delivery through postmates/Uber who did not pick up until 2:30. The bag was not sealed. Very disappointed.
I visited the location at 3800 San Pablo Ave Bldg A, Hercules, CA 94547 this morning to grab breakfast on the way to my office and ordered a supreme croissant sandwich. Once I got to my office and unwrapped it imagine my surprise when I saw a half eaten sandwich neatly wrapped and placed in my bag.
The food was hot, it's all I could ask for given the establishment.
