This Jersey Mike’s is absolutely ridiculous they don’t listen to you when you’re ordering your food nor do they care The girl that made my sandwich must have been new but the girl watching her never said a word to her never about don’t put to much or anything she just watched her mess up my sandwich

I always go there never really have a problem but I ordered a giant 17 and asked for mayo and lettuce and neither were added. It’s dry without mayo

There was no Mayonnaise and very little lettuce. I paid 50 dollars and was refunded 13 dollars. Never again..I decided today to give Jersey Mike's a 2nd chance. I ordered the same sub as last night. The sub was delicious. Plenty of mayo and lettuce. I give it 5 stars. Best subs around. Thank you Jer

Tasty food, quality ingredients, efficient process. But, they were playing this annoying music. I don't want my stomach "thumpin' and bumpin'" to the music while I eat.

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and it was one of the best ever. I am from philly and I am also a Chef, so I know when I eat a good Philly Cheese Steak. Great job to the cook. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, so rare to find nowadays.
