I always go there never really have a problem but I ordered a giant 17 and asked for mayo and lettuce and neither were added. It’s dry without mayo
There was no Mayonnaise and very little lettuce. I paid 50 dollars and was refunded 13 dollars. Never again..I decided today to give Jersey Mike's a 2nd chance. I ordered the same sub as last night. The sub was delicious. Plenty of mayo and lettuce. I give it 5 stars. Best subs around. Thank you Jersey Mikes

But, they were playing this annoying music. I don't want my stomach "thumpin' and bumpin'" to the music while I eat.
I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and it was one of the best ever. I am from philly and I am also a Chef, so I know when I eat a good Philly Cheese Steak. Great job to the cook. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, so rare to find nowadays.
We ate at this establishment today for lunch. This is our 3rd or 4th here, but today, Roshan (or that was the name on the receipt) took us from slicing to prep to cashing out. She was a petite, dark/long hair (braided). Wow! What a gem of an employee! She knows her job well! And her customer service is outstanding! I’m not yelling, I am just extremely impressed with her. You don’t have to question what she says, she speaks loud and clear. She gets the job done and she does it well. I wish I had a picture of the Sub-In-A-Tub she made for me. It was perfect and I couldn’t wait to dive in to it. Thank you!!! Jersey Mike’s is a great place to eat but it’s even better when you have employees like her!
