I like Arby's and never have a problem with the food, but I really wish the lady that takes drive through orders at lunch at this location could hear herself. Not at all friendly, very short, and it sounds like an imposition for me to order. Please consider having someone with a friendlier tone take

Sandwich was ok could use more meat. Greek Sandwich. And Turkey market. With curly season fries. Not much seasoning. But good. Friendly staff.
This is the only arbys in Nashville in my area I still go to. The one in Donelson fights customers and is garbage, but this arby's is AMAZING! Very, very kind, even was very patient with me trying to order on a budget. It was such a different experience since I left Wendy's due to their garbage serv
left out some of the order i paid for, and when i received the rest of the order it was cold. i had to wait back in line for it and they couldn’t even make it fresh lol. as a nashville native, i definitely will NOT be coming back to this location.
Good selection. Even enjoyed the gyro. The curly fries with fresh. Pleasant staff
Food was hot fresh good never got a fish sandwich from them but it was very good and the new Mac and cheese 😋 was good
I love the food. Even the staff is friendly. However twice I have observed employees handling food without gloves. I got refunds. I am nowhere near a germ freak but draw the line with people handling my food with bare hands.
