We have been customers for years and have never had a bad experience. Their cakes are always beautiful and delicious! Also, their sugar cookies are the best I have ever had. I saw a review about a misspelled name. Maybe check it before you take it home? I am sure it could have been fixed. Also, so what if you have to pay in advance! It seems like it takes a while to prepare a cake and how awful if someone didn't come and pick it up after all that time and effort went into making it. Get your desserts here! You will not be disappointed.
Stopped in again for my usual petit four treats. Every time I am in nashville I have to make a detour to Hermitage Bakery. They’re the best.
Sweet strawberry is my favorite but the deep dark chocolate and smooth creamy vanilla are close seconds.
My only problem is which to eat first. They’re all so good.
Hermitage Bakery is the best bakery in town. There pettifo's and cookies are our favorite. Everything we have gotten from here has been terrific. The ladies are very nice also.

Best bakery in town hands down for birthday cakes.
We asked for a fortnite cake because none of the normal bakery places were doing them and this kid loved it.
The cake itself taste great, the icing was really good, the cake was super moist and tasty as well.
The customer service was great too.
