Great switch. Jessica ( Jess) at the Hermitage location was so patient and friendly helping me switch two phones from the expensive carriers (you know V ) There are lots of steps into switching. First I was referred by a long time Cricket customer so I had confidence that I was doing the right thing ( the best service for the best value). I am a Senior Citizen so just knowing the jargon and where to find the numbers is mind blowing. Jessica and her staff walked me through the process. The V has no customer support that you can call, apps? I hate those. Now I know that Jessica will help me whenever I need help . I have a business card with her name and phone. Better than the machines and online BS. I highly recommend ( especially for seniors) to drop by and ask for Jessica.
New manager! Seth has absolutely turned this store around. If I could give 10 stars I would. He provided us with a warm welcome and a friendly environment. He made us feel right at home and never once rushed us. I have been to this location before Seth was in charge and it was definitely not worth a five star review. However, we went in today to get help with our cricket account and a few other things. He handled our problems in an extremely professional manner. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this was one that was definitely worth it.

Iriny A. was my sales person and she made the transaction as smooth as possible I was in and I was out she should definitely be recognized sold me a case told me about my upgrade and sold me insurance and she sold me an amazing bluetooth that I was hesitant on buying..... she laughed and said dont worry yall like it and she was right.... thank u so much... happy new year

Really helpful staff. I came in to get a phone with hotspot and they got it perfectly for me. I didn't have to pay the activation fee either.
