Typical after work drive thru fast food experience.
Not busy, not slow. Fair pace for what it seemed people were ordering. Pleasantness, politeness: not the forced kind you are expected to give, but a little softer and more genuine seems to be the norm here. I appreciate that.
My order was perfect with no mistakes. The associates could’ve been more talkative and more engaging in conversation to the customer. The associates were not mean or unfriendly but they seemed standoffish as if waiting on the customer was a nuisance by their actions. This was Taco Bell up on State Street. I normally go to Taco Bell next to Kohl’s on Hermitage Road because they are exceptional about going out of their way to be friendly and polite. This particular Taco Bell as I said it was not unfriendly they are just not at the level of Taco Bell on Hermitage Road. There is a slight difference between the two Taco Bell‘s making the customer feel like he/she is the priority.
Beware the giant holes exiting the parking lot towards state street. Can someone not take responsibility for that and fix it already?! Also , they are friendly and fast here, but check your bag for everything you ordered. Do forget items, do forget napkins and sauce, or gave me 30 mild when I wanted Diablo and mild
The drive thru is very fast. I did not go in so I couldn't accurately rate the atmosphere.
On one of the worst Snow days... they were there!!! And so very nice & accommodating!! I forgot my debit card 😂 & they understood & saved my order till I went back home to get it!! PROPS!! PLUS THEY SHOULD GET A BONUS FOR WORKING.. WHEN MCDONALD'S & BURGER KING COULDN'T OPEN BC NO ONE TO WORK!!!
