So here we are today at McDonald’s on East State St in Hermitage, PA. This is the Large French Fry that they gave me, 1/2 filled, Really??!! The workers are very rude when you order. They rush you and give attitude. Don’t work a customer service based job if you can’t have any decency towards the customers. I work retail and I would never treat people like that, no matter how rude the customers might be towards me. I just don’t understan
Ordered two mcchickens tonight around 10pm and asked them to add cheese. I got home and not only did they forget the cheese they had put Big Mac sauce on it instead. Highly disappointed. Worst McDonald’s in Mercer county.
After I paid and got to the window to get my order, me and the 2 car ahead of me were asked to pull up. There at least 6 cars in parking lot waiting for food. If worked in fast food places and the reason they do that is because each car is timed when in the drive thru. So they they make people pull
The Manager, dealt with an issue on the spot, not once batting an eye or a shoulder scrug. Takes his job serious and fixed the issue immediately. More Mangers like him should be in all fast food restaurants. I didn't get his name, but was around noon at the location on N. Hermitage Rd in Hermita
This McDonald's right here is why McDonald's can be so polarizing. There is one in Nesshanock that is well run and clean and it's great. This one is the polar opposite. When they were running slow this morning and asked to go to spot #1. Then a very rude employee told me then to go to #3. I said I was not told that. I was told not to get smart with them. Very very unfortunate morning to start my Saturday.
