The food was delicious! It is a very nice environment. A must visit if you are near Dulles airport. I highly recommend. The next I'm in the area, guess where I will be dining?
This was our third time dining here and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The grilled octopus is a must! Everything is always so fresh, I love the atmosphere, it’s a tiny little place that I highly recommend a reservation for. It really is such a treat! Bonus for having a parking lot out back of the building for the restaurant.
A very nice restaurant, with high-quality food, beautiful decorations, and nice servers. They serve you real Italian food, several options to choose from, a nice selection of beverages, and great desserts.
The restaurant is clean and has plenty of tables in different rooms.
A few points though:
1- A bit expensive, somehow a fancy restaurant. Most of their Italian cuisines and meals have a starting price of 20$ ( the cheapest one) and higher ( 50$ for special dishes are normal)
2-It may not be a good choice if you are looking for a family restaurant. Especially for small kids and perhaps even teenagers.
Not a pizza place!
3- Going on a date? A perfect restaurant to have a nice date.
Also, a perfect restaurant for a small business meeting.
4- Food portions? Not much, remember it is kind of a fancy restaurant, don't expect an Olive Garden.
5-An advanced Reservation is almost a must, especially for Friday and Saturday.
6- parking? Close by, but hard to find in the evening time of weekends.

This restaurant had a nice intimate setting. The greeting upon entry wasn't necessarily the greatest, but the host was still polite.
My friend and I enjoyed our drinks, but our server never asked if we wanted more. Our food too quite a while to come out.
The shrimp and snail appetizers tasted pretty good. As far as our meals my friend enjoyed her lobster dish, but I wasn't too fond of the salmon. The peppercorn threw me off from the taste a little, and the sauce it was dressed in was a little salty. I'd be willing to try other dishes based on reviews, especially a pasta dish.
The service was ok but our server would disappear for long periods. It was a little full in the restaurant so we let it slide, it just would've been nice to check in and let us know our food would take a while and see if we wanted more drinks in the meantime.
We decided to have a New Year's Eve Lunch here, so we could be home tonight. Our servers Elizabeth and Gregory provided us with a first-class experience. The drinks were potent and the food was plentiful & delicious. This restaurant is a local gem. Highly Recommended! 😋
Great restaurant. The food and service were excellent!
Excellent Italian fare and one of the best veal chops I've had. Started with a mixed sampler of sausage, calamari, and mozzarella over tomato. Went on to the chop and thoroughly enjoyed the cut. Perfectly cooked with a delicious reduction accompanying it. The red cream sauce and linguine alongside was perfect. Tiramisu with grappa to close was perfect. I look forward to visiting again. Great service to accompany the meal as well!
This restaurant is first class with many menu items, delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful quiet atmosphere. I live in South Carolina and enjoyed dinner with with my nephew, who lives nearby, and other relatives. I was very interested to learn of the history of this beautiful building and of the charming town of Herndon.
This place is an absolute gem. I wish I had found it years ago! The lunch special was FANTASTIC!
Enjoyed everything about Zeffirelli! We found it by chance when needing to spontaneously find a celebration place for my wife's job offer acceptance.
The staff were amazingly attentive. Elisabetta was delightful and had her suggestions were spot on.
My wife had chivken piccata in a wonderful butter wine sauce with cappers. Served with a savory celery soup, carrots, Brussel sprouts and mash potatoes.
I had the lobster ravioli with fired buratta as an appetizer.
Both were Devine. We left stuffed, with leftovers and took home their famous tiramisu and cheesecake.
You can't go wrong here!
Very nice atmosphere for a Tuesday night. Relatively lively but not too packed. Nice artwork. Pasta and dessert were delicious without being too heavy. Recommend!
Yum yum so good! We came for lunch. I have been skeptical about any Italian restaurant in America after my trip to Italy but this place did it good! Portions are perfect, reasonable prices, and very fresh. The tiramisu was so good, please get this!
Such a nice Italian place! Hidden in Herndon, had no idea this 5 star restaurant was right here! Loves the service, the staff super professional, attentive and helpful! We got two apps, two courses and didn’t feel over-stuffed! The pasta sauce is excellent, the flavors are just right! I had yummy sea bass, with veggies and a small side of pasta, so good! Really great dinner experience!
A traditional Italian restaurant with a nice selection of dishes. Service was excellent. The tiramisu is probably some of the best I’ve had. Make reservations because they fill up fast!
