I had similar food in several places in Turkey, in Europe and in the US. Turkish food is delicious. The serving size was more than enough as we ordered some appetizers. Staff were so nice and quick. I did not try for lunch but it was as quick as possible for a dinner in a good restaurant. Kunefe and tea could be better. Thanks.
The food is always great here, especially the Adana kabob. The prices however are way too high and above what you pay at Turkish or Mediterranean restaurants with similar service level/feel/quality. Overall a great Turkish restaurant.
Wow, beautifully decorated Turkish eatery in a strip mall. Great location near Dulles airport and yes a movie theater. Iskender and Adnana kebab were a hit. Mixed grill was ok. Mezze platter and especially the saksuka was delicious. The lentil and yayala ( yogurt) soups were the crown if the experience. Oh, no, kunafa and the baked pumpkin with vanilla ice cream were the icing on the cake accompanied with a classic Turkish tea. I will come ag again. Service was cold but the owner came by to give a warm greet and this was nice.
my favorite Turkish restaurant by far, the food is amazing and authentic. The servers are on top of everything! I've been to Anatolian Bistro about 8 times and never have had an issue.
The staff are genuinely so nice, food and atmosphere, amazing. Every time family is in town I always bring them here. I’ve never had a bad experience and I can’t wait to come back.
Wonderful dining experience, people and food. Food is authentic as it can get. Very high quality, literally everything was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Nice selection of cold and warm appetizers representing various regions of Turkey as well as the main entrees. They also have a selection of Turkish wines but unfortunately I could not try any. I will try it when I can return. The coffee was excellent too!

First time being here and we arrived only 1.5 hours before they closed but the food and the service were so good. We had Anatolian appetizer plate (for 1) for Appetizer, Doner Kebab and Anatolian mix grill (with lamb) for Main course, Ayran (Yogurt drink) and Sour cherry juice, Kunefe and Chocolate soufflé for dessert.
We were served with homemade bread and balsamic vinegar + olive oil first. The bread portion was enough for starting, crunchy and fresh.
Falafel and hummus in the Appetizer were so delicious. I didn’t like the dryness of the cheese but it was fine. Many people like it in general.
The main course was so exceptional. I personally don’t like the lamb smelly flavor, but it was difficult for me to recognize that taste there. They were so good dismissing the annoying taste.
The beef and the chicken in the grill dish were juicy and tasty.
Two drink were new to us. Sour yogurt was good, not too much sour and perfect to help me clear my tongue for the next dish. The sour cherry juice was so fresh.
I also love the desserts. With Kunefe, I could taste the crunchy kinda crepe with pistachio cream inside. It was freshly and hot made and served with vanilla ice cream by the side.
With the chocolate soufflé, the brownie in the bottom was hot, it melted in my mouth with every spoon of vanilla ice cream.
Nothing to complain.
For the total bill, we paid around $105.
We had Anatolian Bistro catered for our holiday party and they didn’t disappoint. Cemal was extremely gracious and made sure to arrive early for setup. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food! We would definitely recommend it to anyone and look forward to having another catered event from them soon. Thank you!
Great dining experience! Authentic food, pleasant service, and quite ambiance. Hot and cold appetizers available. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience. Keep some room for turkish coffee and desert.
