Nunu's Thai Dishes - Herndon - Photo album

I had been here months ago, how could I have forgotten to leave a review? The restaurant was packed at lunch time. We were seated right away, quite a cozy place bigger than what it seemed from the outside. Food was good, not too spicy (catering more to the general palates, I could have asked for amp
One of the best Thai meals I’ve had in a long time! The red curry was super flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff were really friendly. Great experience!
Absolutely the best Thai food I have had in many years. Nunu and his wonderful staff were so kind and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel at home while we were there for my friend's birthday. We will certainly be back and really appreciate this awesome Friday night!
I have to believe many have left positive reviews but this place is hands down the best place to try, enjoy and learn about the best ways to enjoy Thai food. So the owner is a force to reckon with but so is the entire team. Ask them what goes well together and how to add Thai spices . They are happy
Wow! This place gets packed and the staff is on top of everything. I couldn't believe that a restaurant in this shopping center would be so popular and happening. The owner (I assume) welcomed everyone at the door, kept count of the parties and ensured that everyone would have a table. The wait
I had a lovely birthday dinner at Nunu’s. All the food was excellent and the portions were very generous. The mango sticky rice is far better than most other Thai restaurants. The crispy chicken was outstanding. Our only complaint was that the crab fried rice didn’t have much crab in it. Otherwise,
Soooo good! If you like Thai food, look no further. Great service, great food. I had the spring rolls, tofu pad Thai, and papaya salad, all excellent. Their spicy scale is 1-4 and it isn't insanely hot if you opt higher. My coworkers got a 3 on the papaya salad and it was warm but not uncomfortable
Very impressed with the curry - very well done with the right amount of coconut milk (and thus creaminess) and spices. We also had the whole fish fry, which was awesome! The family finished the fish swiftly. Would definitely go back again.
We were excited about how polite the staff was and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service. Our food was excellent and we’ll definitely be back! Portions were just the right size so we found Nunu’s an excellent value. The spice level was perfect- great flavor without being overwhelming.
Modern, clean, and busy inside. Staff is nice. The Panang Curry has too much coconut milk in my opinion, could improve with the taste. Drunken Sautéed Noodles are excellent, so savory and well seasoned. Overall, this is a great and authentic Thai restaurant. Loses a star because of the Panang Curry,
I just came here for the first time while visiting from Ohio. The service was excellent and this is the most authentic Thai food I have gotten in ages. The owner is friendly and interacts great with the customers. I wish this place was also located in Ohio as I would be a regular here. Definitely re
Chicken Pad See Ew was phenomenal! The noodles were wide and perfectly cooked, perfect ratio of noodles, chicken, and broccoli. Side of jasmine rice was fantastic- perfectly done. Very friendly staff for a to go order. Would definitely go back again!
I’ve been eating at Nunu’s for about a year and constantly crave the crispy duck soup and mango sticky rice. Nunu himself is a really great character and really fun to be around, and the wait staff are efficient and friendly. The restaurant is fairly small and doesn’t seat many but it has a cozy atm
From out of town but we genuinely enjoyed the experience and will be back next time we're in town. I had curry and my fiancé had drunken noodles. The food was great, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and Nunu is a great guy. We felt at home! Highly recommend.
Good food. I loves me some drunken noodles, but these seemed to not be made from rice noodles - much more like pasta. I asked them to spice it up - good flavor. Not too spicy for me, but my lunch partners had a taste and said "yeah, that's got a bite!" It came with a choice of sides, so I chose
Most items on Thai menus have ingredients that do not agree with me (bell peppers, eggplant, etc.), so I usually stick to yellow curry or mussaman curry. Neither is on the menu here. Nor is nam tok, another standby for me; the beef salad is not the same. After dithering over just getting the "sta
Went in for lunch as it was great! Staff are incredibly nice, portions are great, price is right, and most importantly it's delicious. 10/10 would recommend!
