Fabulous service and the food was delicious! They were so nice to my young daughter and made her feel comfortable ordering on her own.
Wonderful experience for lunch in between business meetings! The old Ox Grill in the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport Hotel served our meals piping hot and wonderfully flavorful. We had the French onion soup, chicken piccata, and a side of asparagus. For dessert we had the homemade honey chefs Peach mousse and it was fantastic. We were told by the wait staff that they used the honey that is produced on-site by the hotel chef. Our service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. I give the old Ox grill five stars
When you're tired, cold and just stepped out of the rain... this is a pretty cool relaxed lounge. Great place to socialize and casual/comforting food.
This restaurant is located in the Hilton Dulles Airport. I ordered Salmon with wild rice and baby carrots with a tomato sauce over the salmon. It was quite good. Ordered a Cheesecake with strawberry glaze to take up to my room....I would say it was better than a New York cheesecake!! The Hilton rooms are very nice, and the whirlpool, definitely needed after a day of travel.
This is a good, fancy hotel restaurant. Morning brunches, that sort of thing. You probably wouldn't go here unless you were staying at the hotel, but it's a good choice if you do.
After a miserable travelling day due to weather and ridiculously rude customer service rep at United Airlines at Dulles airport, we got stranded in this Hotel late in the evening with little options for food (at least no option we were willing to try).
My wife and I are so greatful for this resturant (and the hotel) and it was exactly what we needed at the time. The food was great, and not only cuz we were starving, and the staff was super friendly and easy to deal with.

The Cardinal Bar is a top hotel restaurant and really a top restaurant in this area. The French onion soup is excellent, and the burger has a toasted bun with perfectly cooked patty — really unexpected great experience here. There’s no frills, it’s a restaurant, and it’s awesome.

Had the breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were delicious. Very friendly and efficient service, even though paying with a voucher. Yes, I tipped.
If your looking for something safe in genre I would recommend this place. While the twist and turns are down trodden path, the journey is still enjoyable.

Typical hotel restaurant. Good food but overpriced for what you get. Good choice if you're on an expense account.
