Just wanted to give a shout out to this store for top notch customer service! I order here on my way to work all the time and my order is usually on the shelf waiting when I get there. The staff is always super friendly. Today I hung around for ~10 minutes, evidently there was a ciabatta shortage. Not only did the staff treat me to a pastry, they refunded my order due to the wait time. I wasn't expecting either, so I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Panera!
Enjoy that this location is in the neighborhood. The full service Panera closed in Woodlands Shopping Ctr. Always get great customer service. It’s nice being a Panera Club member too!
As a vegetarian, Panera is one of the few go-to places for me. I usually order on the app since it allows me to easily pick options that align with my dietary preference.
Recommended Options
1. Mediterranean Sandwich
- Pick sourdough bread, add onion fritters and ask for it to be made toasted
2. Greek Salad
- Include pecans, sesame seeds and power vegetables blend
3. Soups
- Tomato Soup and Grilled cheese combo is a great snack
- Ten vegetable is a light and healthy meal option
Not so great options
1. Baguette sandwiches
- The bread was too heavy for a sandwich
2. Charged drinks
- Charged lemonade and similar drinks have extremely high caffeine content. A few stores are actively putting up warning ⚠️ signs around it
Dropped by for some bagels, and the lady who took the order is just wonderful. We got what we want plus an extra cream cheese to go. Sorry forgot to ask her name, we appreciate your good customer service.
It’s a pretty good panera location. Their self-order machines were broken with two of them not accepting any of our cards for payment, not even NFT phone payment. We had to order in person instead.
The food came in a timely manner and their coffee/drink bar was clean on a Sunday morning. Their coffee does not taste that great, so I would recommend getting a latte here instead. Their morning breakfast items are plenty, and would recommend the chicken ciabatta.
Just stopped in for a quick pick up order. Friendly, attentive staff, clean area, and fast service. Parking is challenging but that's typical.
I always come to grab my sip club beverage. The place is neat. Staff are friendly. I’ve also ordered salad and soup. For me Panera is a good stop to refresh and have a quick bite. I loved their offer with sip club. Worth it!
Quick, fast, and filling. I ordered from in restaurant and the order was perfect. Food was good, not five star restaurant quality, but filling and better than traditional fast food. Panera is always a quick shoe in when you are in a rush.
Good place for Coffee and pastries, they serve freshly baked pastries thats really tasty and must try, Had lot of place to dine and take away also available.

This is the best Panera in the area. Very clean and nice inside, friendly staff, and great service. I come here a lot and I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong or forgotten something.
Panera is my one stop ppace for food. I like their freshly made bagels for breakfast, Their chicken sandwiches are a great selection for Lunch and they have wonderful Salads and flatbreat pizzas. Nice place with Friendly Staff. Their Brownie is one of the best i ever had.
