I don't normally review fast food restaurants, but I feel as though I need to share the experience I had here the last two days. Basically my husband and I went to BK for dinner and I ordered a #10. When I got home, I realized that I was given a #9 instead although we were charged for a #10. The difference being that a #9 is plain chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and a #10 has bacon and cheese. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with the manager Kevin on the phone. He apologized for the mistake and asked me to come back as soon as possible to get the correct sandwich. So I came back the next day and he apologized again for the error and gave me the correct sandwich. I know it seems like a small thing, but I just want to say that I greatly appreciated Kevin's demeanor and professionalism in handling my issue. I can tell that he will go on to do great things in his career just based on how he treated someone with an issue as minor as mine. Keep up the good work, Kevin and Burger King!
I cannot remember the last time I ate at a Burger King but I needed a quick lunch and this location was convenient and the drive thru was empty. I want to commend you on the excellent customer service I received from the young man in the drive thru! So polite! And the burger and toppings were very fresh. Sweet tea was good too - not too sweet! One star off for the fries - Sorry BK, not a fan.
Our kids eat more BK than they should, so we order drive thru from this location quite often. Once in a while there'd be a issue, but it's minor and we can overlook. Never had issues with using the store coupon or accommodations. We usually get prompt service, true to the term 'fast food'.
The croissaonwich was pretty flimsy. The hash browns and french toast sticks we're good. Clean interior.
I ordered their $5 special to take home; it was okay, the whooper Jr. was fair, but the real Whooper is best. Their fries were good, nice seasoning and cooked well. Don't ever order their onion rings, they are just breading with onion flavoring but not much flavor at all.My soda went flat fast. Chicken nuggets don't come close to MickyD's.
Got here late just before closing, hungry as can be. The staff was nicer than expected, and very polite letting me know it would take a bit to cook. I appreciate fresh cooked food and proper manners especially when they just want to leave. You guys made my night better, thanks.
Good in-out location. They made a single patty for our dog cuz we were driving for hours n he was hungry. My Whopper was perfect. The fries were soft/crunchy, as they should be.
I really like Burger King. The food is quite good for the price. There are quite a few things on the menu that I think are very good. I usually use the drive-thru and the only minor complaint I would have is that although they say you can get burgers for breakfast, if you actually try to order one, you will be told it will take 15 minutes before it will be ready. Don't think anybody really wants to do that in the morning when they're in a hurry. Fortunately there are quite a few of their breakfast meals that are also pretty good and are generally ready fairly quickly. I've heard some squabbles between the people in the car in front of me and the staff several times, but I have never personally had any problems. Overall I think it's a pretty good job.
