I absolutely love Firehouse Subs in Herndon! The service is always top-notch, and the subs are consistently delicious. I appreciate the fresh ingredients and the fact that they steam their subs, which adds a unique touch. My go-to is the Hook & Ladder, and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for a tasty and satisfying meal.
Firehouse subs is awesome plain and simple. I have visited this location numerous times with colleagues and alike, for lunches, dinner, meetings etc, and I’ve always had a super great experience!
I often order the Ny Steamer, Turkey Bacon Ranch, Cajun Chicken, or Engineer and I’ve had the Firehouse brand Chili and Chocolate brownie. Pro-tip, ask for ALL of the cheeses, you won’t be disappointed.
The staff and associates are consistently fun, patient and delightful. More importantly my orders are correct every time.
Overall this location is clean and tidy, everything from countertops, drink dispenser, tables, windows and more.
I definitely recommend Firehouse Herndon for anyone looking for a yummy bite to eat on the go.
Very friendly staff. Ordering was a breeze and the lady behind the register was patient waiting on our 4 year old son taking his time telling us what he wanted to order. He was super excited when he was given one of the toy fire hats to wear while he was eating.
Ordered off of the $5 mediums list. The wife got a Turkey and I got a Roast Beef. Both of them arrived at our table within 5-6 minutes and were exactly as we ordered. My wife didn't not have anything negative to say about hers and I have to say that the roast beef loaded with everything was quite good.
It is easily seen from the road and there is more than enough parking. The restaurant and the bathrooms were both kept clean, with the lady behind the register walking around to clean tables while they weren't busy.
I would definitely recommend this location and would return in the future.
This was my first time at firehouse subs and I had a delicious Cajun chicken sub that had just the right amount of heat for me. I also didn’t mind rounding up my bill for a good cause (to support firefighters and first responders). There was also a visible amount of smoke in the restaurant that seemed to add to the authenticity of a “firehouse” sub 👨🚒🚒
So many options to choose from and their gluten free bread is amazing! Great customer service, they forget to warm my sandwich sometimes but I’ll still eat it or warm it myself. 😁 Wish they’d wipe the tables down more often but still recommend a visit to this location!
Hasn't failed me yet, I've only gotten the Steak sub large which is enough for me and my fiance to eat half and be full, just ask for extra cheese, plenty meat not enough cheese but it is really good, definitely a fav!!

5 stars from me . Each and every time I come here the staff are very professional and super friendly. Usually a young lady or young man will help me and they are always super respectful . Another thing that compels me to write this review is that whenever I come in someone is always cleaning ! Either mopping or cleaning the lobby or cleaning the counters .that tells me that they are very clean in the establishment . Also,sometimes going to an establishment and teens are working the service isn't that great. But that is never the case here

Consistent quality every time! My go-to is the Cajun Chicken Sub. They had a seasonal BBQ Cuban that was a game changer.
They recently changed their drink provider as they don't have the full range of flavored water that I really looked forward to.
All in all the food is fairly priced, prepared quickly, and they have the calories listed on the menu!

Recently stopped by at Firehouse Subs for a quick dinnertime bite. I didn't want to eat anything heavy so I gave a try to their salads: ordered a grilled chicken salad that was pretty delicious. What was memorable is the service: super helpful and down-to-earth staff, quick and professional work, great all-around atmosphere. The other items on their menu looked really tempting so I will be back when I'm in the area!
Ordering a beef brisket at Firehouse never fails. Always tasty with the BBQ sauce and melted cheese. Great customer service at this location. Since I am new to the area, I already feel at home.
They always say hi when you walk in and older gentleman on the sandwich area always smiling just truly feel his friendliness. I don’t feel rushed when I’m ordering which is pretty important these days when everything is so instant. Thanks got the great service! When I order delivery it’s so quick and my sub is fresh!
The beef brisket is more succulent than almost anything I have ever eaten. This location is also very well staffed and clean. I have visited this location 4 times recently and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my meal
