Food always great being a Taco Bell but service can be slow. Several kids there who don't want to work. They also sometimes forget to give you sauce packets at drive thru. But again, great food.
This place has become horrible the last month or so. Their management is not training their workers appropriately or people are just too uncaring to try and make others food edible. Went here today (against my better judgment) and the food was all gross. Do not go to this location. Drive to Marion.
It's fine. It's Taco Bell. But this line is crazy most of the time... Not unusual to have a 20+ minute wait and our order is usually wrong, even when ordering on the app. 🤷🏻
If a customer asked you a question do not respond with " I don't know." If you are asked a question and do not know, ask your manager.
If your manager doesn't know, perhaps remove the sticker from your drive thru window.
This Taco Bell has improved so much within the past month I am very pleased with there service
Got 2 boxes and 2 chicken tacos, shorted side in one box, a taco in other and one of the chicken tacos. Went back through drive and still didn't get 2nd chicken taco (which is separate and extra charge). Restaurant was dead and only 2 cars in drive so how do you screw up order not once but twice?
Cold food. Order is usually wrong somehow. Very disappointing for the price of things now days. The automated system of ordering is way more trouble than it's worth. The touch screen you nearly have to beat on it to get it to function. A real person was much more efficient.
The drive through shorted us an item but they fixed it promptly. Excellent customer service.
