Ordered my boyfriend a dozen donuts for beating cancer and the team sent him over a free dozen with a note from their team along with congrats covers for the boxes 🍩❤️ Thank you so much !
Mostly we have a Great Experience, but this visit sucked. We ordered a large latte, and the girl never told us that they were out of whipped cream, and on top of that the coffee was Cold and 🤢. We asked for a refund, and when she was telling the supervisor why we wanted a refund, she was a bit snott
The three times I've came here between 830-930 pm, donuts were already pre packaged and not warm or hot. 2 out of the 3 times, they had no coffee or frappes or anything really to drink besides a soda.
I understand that a 24 hour business can be difficult to run at times. But what I experienced last night in the drive thru is unacceptable at the very least in any business that is "OPEN 24 hours". No one was at the window for at least 30 mins before someone popped up at the window and then ran off.
Not happy. Went to get the special I saw on TV pertaining to the cost being the same as the regular gas, yet after being on line a while I saw a sign that said their system for this deal was down. After having promised my team donuts I had to choice but make the purchase. This is very disappointing.
What more is there to say about Krispy Kreme this is an amazing donut shop that makes your Donuts fresh you can even watch them being made freshly in front of you make sure you see the hot and ready light on. The cost per donut is about a dollar each as a dozen is about 1299 sometimes they have spec
After all these years these are still some of the best donuts in the world .
The workers are extremely lazy and rude. They never have frozen lattes, it is always hot or iced lattes. While at the drive thru window, I overheard the employee saying how she was not going to make any frozen. All they do is try to give out a free dozen to keep us quiet…
