8 years going there and last week just send me a smelly spaghetti and I complain and the lady told me now that I was wrong so I'm never going back there again

Really bad customer service! Rude loud and impatient. My coworker ordered for a delivery service and they accepted the order, once I called to place my order they said the address is out of range after my co worker had just order from them with no problem! Used to be good a few years back,not anymore. The place needs a facelift and the employees probably would benefit from some Cuban coffee. The pizza is greasy,smothered with cheese and just flavorless. I don't know what happened to this place but what a disappointment.
I love how friendly the staff is, you get the feel of a mom & pop place. The food is ALWAYS delicious. The prices aren't too high. This is my favorite pizza place in Hialeah Gardens.
Ordered a dozen garlic bread for pickup. What I got was some bland, flavorless sticks with no garlic whatsoever. Very dissappointed and expensive at $10.00. Stay away from this place.
Best Cuban pizza in Miami hands down. Service and hospitality impeccable. Food is delicious. Very family friendly. Will be coming back.
