I was craving Jimmy John's for lunch but I'm at work and unable to leave. So I went on the website and placed an online order at 12:56pm. The order was received at 12:58pm. I kept checking the tracking and nothing. After two phone calls my lunch arrived at 2:03pm and Jimmy John's is literally right

I moved to hickory about a year ago. The past 4 times I’ve been to this location they have been out of bread or said that it will take 45 minuets to make. How does a Sandwich Shop run out of bread. They also will have 8 people working at a time so there is no excuse to be out of bread. It seems like
Service was good. Chips were good. I had to peel off the bottom of my sandwich because the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it. Didn't have any tea, was told something was broken so they couldn't make any at all.
As one other former employee stated, they were using the incorrect receipt printer for orders. Meaning they are not aware when an online order comes through and have to periodically look over, walk away from the station, and grab tickets. Ordered a sandwich 70 minutes ago and don’t have it yet. When I called to check on it, I got “Sorry, we opened late.” Clearly they could not care less. Will not be ordering again.
