Austin and Shawn are friendly and helpful and food and coffee is awesome and worth driving 16 miles to get to! Very clean store!
I think his name was Michael..not sure but he was such a nice employee n helpful with menu my doughnuts were fresh n delicious

Customer Service is key. Shawn was very good at taking care of us today. Some challenges were faced due to technology, causing frustration on both sides of the drive-thru. Ultimately he made sure to send us away as happier Dunkin customers.
