Picked up Thanksgiving sides like we do every year. Staff was wonderful. I have no idea how they deal with that many whiny customers every Thanksgiving. God bless them. Ps..food was delicious.
Brian did an amazing job. I place a large order the night before for almost 40 people. He got every order correct, packed up everything with care, helped me load it in my car, and was super friendly. Everyone was happy!
It's always a easy and decent meal when it comes to Boston Market. Staff in this location are nice and even when overwhelmed with customers, they try to do as fast as they can. But they probably do need more staff.
Good food, not so friendly staff. They treated my friend poorly. Learn to smile and treat every customer with respect, no matter how you may feel. People come in different packages, respect all of them.
Called up to find out if they had the prime rib. Employee Anne suggested I reserve my order because they were selling out of the prime rib. We didn't get there for another hour, but our pieces were set aside, just like she promised. Thank you Boston market Annie.

The food was decent, the chicken could have been better but the sides were delightful. The service was great, they assured to take my order and to help me bring me food to the table. Very good job with customer service, keep it up.
I came on Sunday on Father's day. I'm from Queens and this place in comparison was desolate. Long and large hallways, with plenty of space and tables and it was really quiet. The food was ok, but seemed as if it was waiting a while to be served lol. I guess that's why it was so quiet and not busy.
