I order multiple times a year for large groups. Amber, the manager, is so easy to work with and she always makes sure my order is done correctly and on time. I highly recommend them for catering or even a daily lunch break for 1.
The Highland Park potbelly’s was clean with some friendly staff. I was having a bad day but one of the staff there was incredibly kind and so welcoming that she changed my day around. A huge shout out and a huge THANK YOU to Eleftheria for the kind service you provided. You are that kind of person
Whenever I come the staff is always so nice and my order is right. But these cookies on the shakes has to go they are stale everytime. I feel like if you're not going to have fresh cookies just eliminate them all together.

Great Potbellys. My food was warm and tasty, the inside was accommodating and pretty larger, and the workers were all kind and welcoming.

Haven't been to a potbelly's in a while. Looking for a quick bite and was surprised as the sandwiches were great, delicious, and fresh. Area was clean, comfortable, couldn't be happier with a sandwich shop
I'm now a Potbelly fan. They added a larger sub sandwich which is a much better and welcome size for me. My favourite's are the turkey and Pizza Subs. You can have the bread plucked to make it a skinny. I do believe they use more ingredients per sandwich. Add Sunchips and drink, you're good to
Always good food and customer friendly but the cut back in hours is not great.
It was kind of quiet. Not many people were there. Service and food was a very good. I do wish that they would bring back the banana smoothie.
Good sandwiches, quick service. The enchilada soup was also very good. They often have deals for return visits within 48 hours such as BOGO sandwiches.

This is a great place. I can easily walk a couple of blocks to here to get lunch whenever I need it. The food is good, and the service was good or at least reasonable.
