Ashely was working on the first day of spring and she was amazing!! Overworked, under thanked and smiling! There was one guy standing at the register playing with the coupons and the other two were in the back room and Ashley just kept working through the never ending line with a giant smile on her face.
I have had nothing but great experiences at Rita's. The Ice is my favorite its all I ever get.
Went there for the first time and fell in love with it. Can't wait for the opening of the centennial location! I'll definitely be frequenting this place :-)

Great cute place! Custard and slushie type drinks. Server suggested awesome vanilla and the mango slushie. Well priced! Both drinks were around $9.
It's Rita's, its water ice, it's amazing. Get a gelati with the custard on the bottom and the custard on the top, it can't be beat. I'm sure their other items are great, but their gelati's are perfect. Crazy smooth custard and perfect level of flavoring on the water ice once mixed.
My absolute favorite place to go for dessert! The gelati is the best, you get the frozen custard and Italian ice all in one! Yum.
A great place to get water ice. I have had a number of experiences with this location and the chain, and all have been great. The lines are fast and I haven't had to wait for any real amount of time. If you go, I recommend getting a Gelati. It's got frozen custard at the bottom and on the top. The center is filled with water ice. It might sound weird but its great.
I came in the winter time on a random weekday so there wasn't a long line. It was great, you taste how fresh the ingredients are and you can watch them chop and roll your ice cream. Definitely worth a try!
Rita's is delicious. Everyone knows that! What you may not know is that they go above and beyond with customer service. I had three kiddos looking for something to do on their first day of summer break. They called me and let me know they were walking to Rita's. They had scraped together all the cash they could find in their dresser drawers :) Looking for a way to surprise them, I called Rita's and asked if I could purchase a gift card for them to use once they arrived. The employee who answered didn't miss a beat and set about getting everything squared away. Thanks Rita's for making their day! It takes a village and I appreciate you.
Much better than the other frozen desserts in this area. It's cheap and unlike the weigh and pay method it's a lot cheaper. The staff is always friendly and it's in a great area, where musicians even come by and play. If you haven't been here this will be your new favorite spot.
