My dad and I met halfway between chicago and Wisconsin to catch up and visit. My dad orders his flat whites and extra hot. The store was busy and my dad's drink was not quite as hot as he wanted and didn't want to feel rude, so I asked if they could heat it up for him. The barista was a kind young man who answered this query with "absolutely we can heat it up." I went to hand him the drink but he was already making it and even brought it to my dad. This seems minor but kindness and consideration are so good rare and we appreciated it so much. Keep up the good work!

Starbucks has always set the service bar pretty high IMO. Staff are almost always friendly and cheerful. This is one of three neighborhood Starbucks that I frequent and is usually very busy. Normally I use the drive through but I was in a hurry so I decided to go inside to place my order. I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. They quickly took my order. I asked about bagged coffee choices and they explained what they had for sale. After I made my selection I was asked how I would like it ground. A short conversation later about my preferences and my coffee was ground perfectly. A very positive experience. Honestly everyone in there was amazing. I've seen service suffering at many restaurants over the last year. Most of the time staff at other establishments just don't seem to care. There's no malice, there's just indifference. Not the case here. The staff at this Starbucks really left me with a positive impression of Starbucks and this store in particular. Kudos.

My go-to location! Staff is usually amazing and extremely courteous. On a couple of occasions, I've had to leave early (an hour before closing time) because the closing staff were a bit too loud with conversations, but overall, a great location. =)
I love this Starbucks. It had ruined me from any other Starbucks because no other place gets the taste right like this location. Most of the staff is amazing. There are some younger kids that don't seem to last long because they don't really care, but the main group of workers we see all the time is awesome. Always accommodating and prompt. As a food service worker during the pandemic I give them huge props because they get slammed in a small space with very nasty customers that can't seem to grasp the limited seating, space during a global pandemic and food shortages...they still work fast and hard and keep a friendly demeanor no matter how rude. So, to people coming in...relax please and be understanding. When you have mobile orders rolling in and 10+ people in the store...it can get chaotic and things can be missed. Speak respectively and have patience, because the amount of cr*p these souls deal with daily is ridiculous. Don't ve the person to add to it.

What are the chances the manager or franchisee is willing to get in touch with a contractor to fix the drive-thru "pavement". There is a small section of gravel which has a massive indentation and I am sure I am not the only one destroying front fender or undercarriage.
Can I submit a claim to Starbucks to have my car fixed?

It's starbucks. What more can I say? It's overpriced delicious coffee. The apple crisp macchiato actually gives the pumpkin spice latte a run for its money! And the workers at this location are always so nice! The manager gave my son a "H2O latte". So sweet!
Great staff who were very accommodating during COVID. The employee named TJ was particularly kind and helpful as he walked a coffee outside to us when we didn’t want to enter with an infant. Thank you, TJ!
I’ve been to this location numerous times and have had a great experience. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. When they are out of something they always recommend something new and i appreciate that.
They practice safety when it comes to covid measures. I keep going back for weekly pick me ups.
