Beautifully eccentric coffee shop in Hillsboro! I love the way they decorated this place. They’re Aztec Mocha is a definite must try! I love their biscuits with jam or as a breakfast sandwich.

Delicious iced raspberry mocha and cinnamon roll. I had to ask about my cinnamon roll cause they forgot to start heating it up. Apart from the service hickup, which happens a great spot, nice ambiance!

Insomnia is a great coffee shop. Imagine 'Central Perk' if it were established in the 2000s and locked in time. There are a variety of seating furniture and the staff is friendly. I recommend the quiche.

While Insomnia Coffee is my favorite, and I love all four stores, the Baseline store is the coziest and cutest. Absolutely love their coffee, even had a scone, which never happens. Also delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is always friendly. Can't recommend Insomnia Coffee enough.

This is an excellent coffee spot for getting a lot of work done in a small amount of time. Free wifi, no one will disturb your work, excellent coffee & espresso drinks, and there are plenty of spots to sit and chat or work with headphones in.
