We've been here 3 times. The first time was good but the last 2 times were even better. Food is great but prices are about 10% less than that of similar establishments in Hillsboro. Same with the drinks. We'll be regulars here, I think. Everything is nice and clean. I highly recommended this place.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger to go, was asked how I wanted it cooked..."medium rare" was my response, image below is what that is interpreted as. Burger patty was dry, tomato pulpy, red onions sliced so thin you couldn't really taste them, but lettuce was fresh and the bun had a good taste. Fries were over-salted. For the price ($14.50) I won't come back.

Placed an order that came out to 99$ with the tip for the driver included, waited 45 minutes only to be informed at the last minute that my order had been canceled. During a pandemic I would think a small business like this would be ecstatic to get such a large order. No explanation as to why it was canceled or anything. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer as well. Why would I spend close to 100$ here again? Disappointed

Great service, decor and food! The 505 burger was juicy flavorful and a must try. The house fries with ranch were fresh and tasty. The icecream sandwich was a tasty delight. Over all loved the fresh ingredients on all the dishes. 5🌟

I have been here twice and each time was extremely pleasant. Its literally two blocks away from my job, so i love going here for a quick lunch! The sandwiches are amazing and the staff is extremely friendly. So far ive had the Albuquerque Turkey which has a little kick to it and the Tequlia Lime Chicken! Both so good. Perfect size for one.

I have tried very nearly every item on the menu and can say without any doubt that this is my favorite sandwich spot! Clark’s Bistro is a great restaurant by day and even better bar at night. The back bar area is a hidden gem with private seating in addition to the bar area and offers a good selection of drinks. There are frequent nightly activities for entertainment. I wish I was eating a Clark’s Bistro sandwich right now!

This place is nothing short of a gold mine. The food is great, the people are friendly and the drink options are superb. Excellent place for lunch or dinner or to get drinks with friends. Really fun, cozy, inviting atmosphere. It’s definitely worth the short drive to stop in and say hi. The owner is a wonderful guy who takes great pride in what he and the rest of the staff do. Everything I’ve had has been delicious. This is a place I’ll always go when I’m in the area.

Wonderful flavorful food! The bistro area is nice and quaint for a lunch. The pub is a lively place to meet friends and has a full food menu. The staff was great and super friendly! Can't wait to go back and check out the live music!

This place has the best food in Hillsboro hands down! Drinks are really good! They have drink specials tailored to each season. The bartenders will make anything that suits your palette and the manager Matt is a genius when it comes to new creations. Great people and great food.

Awesome little place downtown. The Hillsberry Press cocktail was delicious and not too sweet. French Dip with extra horseradish sauce and the blue bacon burger were both great. The truffle fries were crisp and delicious with just the right amount of rosemary and shaved parmesan. We will definitely be back.
