Sonic seems better than other fast food outlets at handling mobile orders on the ever changing pandemic environment. We have a few stories of thing to use apps at other outlets, but this Sonic, like others, had no problem with everything except the drive through closed. And, as usual, good food fast

Always love a Sonic beverage. We got Burgers this time as well. Only complaint is that I tried to use the special on the app and it said it wasn't available and it would not let me get my monthly complimentary item said it wasn't available either 😕.

This place makes their own hours and evidently have a difficult time taking care of their customers. Was parked at one of the stalls and pushed the button. Girl comes on & asks us to wait a minute and then comes back on and says that they're only taking care of customers that are in the drive thru.
I came here yesterday and ended up having a great experience. We waited 30 minutes for our food due to a mixup and the manager didn't charge us because of how long we waited. We thought that was so nice and we really appreciate the generosity
They can't offer car hop services due to staffing issues. Forgot part of our order, had to get in line again. The beverages are great had a limeade, lemonade slushie and oreo cheesecake milkshake.
