Great staff and coffee , but if you ask for "a little extra Carmel" on your Carmel Frappe some of them fill it almost a 1/4 way full of Carmel .... Which at that point makes the entire drink pretty disgusting so I'd definitely make sure they understand "a little" is not half the drink . Other than

Don't visit this location often, but the employees are always super friendly & helpful. Have 4 stars today because they were out of a major ingredient for the drink we ordered. Should have offered for free! Otherwise all else was great!
Always busy so wait is usually long. The last few times been here the drinks have not been great but we have had several visits that were good. The employees are nice and keep the shop clean.
