Ya know this wasn't too bad. In terms of wait times there was practically no wait. Another thing that I liked was that some of the staff were wearing a Christmas tree hat. The food did take a bit long and our waiter did apologize but in their defense it did appear that it was quite busy and they appeared to be at least short staffed. I got a breakfast sampler with just a simple Pepsi. This food was spectacular it is filling, nutritious, and tastes amazing. Our waiter was funny and a overall good person. I will definitely be coming again. And next time I'll definitely try the pie. 😉

Kudos to the chef as the Loaded potatoes are well worth the extra sit ups I'll need to offset the inches added. 👅 Servers Ms. Roxanne & Ms. Frances are both attentive & personable. Ms. Frances updated my order to a 'breakfast special' solely because it cost me less yet included all that I ordered and then some. Her service minded mindset makes her stand out above all others.

We asked for T-bone steak medium rare. This looks and taste like pork. We asked the waiter are you sure this is steak and not pork and they were adamant it was steak. We eat steak all the time no way is this steak. Definitely don’t recommend coming here

Came here for breakfast. Place had a nice buzz going, had the standard breakfast fare, eggs, bacon, hash brown and a short stack. Delicious. Good coffee, with plenty of refills.
And the waitress were great. Super friendly. Good food and service with a smile. What more could you want?

Picked up some pies for thanksgiving. I felt bad cause i was in a hurry and they were extremely busy. I could tell they were all doing there best so I appreciated that. Great pies too!

The food was delicious! The service was amazing!! Thank you so much to Christine for providing us with extra water (we drink a lot of water but you are the first person to go the extra mile and find a way to not leave me sitting at the table unhappy about not having my water glass refilled) and your attentiveness was amazing despite how busy the restaurant was!

The food was great as always, but the customer service was horrible this time. Never did the waitress offer us refills. We ordered something specific for my father, but instead, we saw and heard the frustration. As she didn't want to switch it. And every time we would ask for something, the waitresses would roll their eyes and say, "Could you wait?" Walk off and never come back. Keep in mind we asked very politely every single time. And we didn't ask very often for something either. I honestly don't know what was going for us to be treated that way.

First time eating here! I was in the mood for some pancakes and thought... Oh, how can you screw pancakes up! My pancakes were chewy and just felt like they came out of a box. I also had eggs over easy that were over cooked and ordered diced onions in my hash browns which came out in slabs of onions and had to fish them all out. For the most part, the food was flavorless and required lots of salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce! My server was Sarah, she was very sweet and amazing but seem to be overworked!

Good pie but as far as dinner? No way. Ok well it tasted good but for the price? nuh uh! Ordered the top sirloin steak and shrimp scampi at $14.95 plus $3.50 for the shrimp. (By the way, the way it appears on the menu the shrimp and steak come together at one price.) Soooo, that being said when the plate arrived and when I saw how small that steak was I laughed. Are you serious?!?!? What a joke!!! Next time if there is one, that I dine at Shari's I'm going to buy my steak at Safeway across the way and have YOU cook it. I can get a nice BIG ass steak at Safeway for about eight bucks! Now you know why I didn't tip!!!

Food was fine like at any sharis but the server Stacy was rude, my brothers friend ordered something on the menu and Stacy was just very rude about it and started arguing that it was supposed to come with steak and there was nothing about steak for that specific item and every time she came by she just seemed annoyed and she refilled my brothers water and slammed the water back down on the table and spilled some of it. She made my brothers friend feel stupid and we were all very uncomfortable by the experience. I told the hostess as I was paying that Stacy was very rude and they were looking at each other like they weren't surprised and were like oh Stacy we're so sorry. So obviously people who work there know this server is rude to customers.
