Ordered pizza online for delivery at 6 p.m. 2 hours later and still NO PIZZA!! When you call to inquire about your order you get the rudest teenage boy ever! He sounds like he doesn't know how to do a basic task! DO NOT ignore the bad reviews here. Worst pizza place ever! Now I get to go through the process of getting my money back. I don't even know how this place is legit open? Seriously, call the store and ask for anything and you will understand all the bad reviews here. lol.

did not have the morbius pizza with morbius sauce. I called earlier and asked for the morbius pizza and some young man answered and told me that they didn't have it. By this point I just said sorry and hung up. DO BETTER we all want the morbius pizza it's not too much to ask for please

Round table used to be my favorite pizza. I am officially done with this location. Last night I spent $60 on a large three topping pizza, a medium cheese pizza, and 6 garlic knots. I am ok with the cost if the quality is there. For both pizzas I specifically requested them well done which the cashier acknowledged when I came to pick them up. Both pizzas were raw, not underdone, but raw (I took a picture, see below, the second picture is with all the cheese stripped off. The stringy stuff you see... that's raw dough). I don’t know what has happened, if it is round table in general or just this location but I am done begging for crispy pizzas only to get raw ones.
Edit: I called the restaurant the next day and told them about my experience. They did refund me for the pizza. Based on this I normally would increase my rating as a result. However, during the process the supervisor I spoke to told me that it was my fault the pizzas were raw because I requested extra sauce. He also told me in the future rather than requesting the pizzas well done I should specifically tell them they need to run them through the oven twice "so they know that I really want them crispy." Very strange. I am glad they refunded the pizzas, I threw them away, but I won't be going back to this location.

This particular location used to be great. A little over a year ago, the quality went from 5 star to 1 star. Whatever has happened in the past year is a crying shame. The crust is half the size it use to be. Toppings are far and few between and often the wrong toppings for the pizza you order! I've complained before and don't usually complain about anything, but this store is going to go under if they don't get their act together. The last pizza I ordered was under cooked. This is what I received an hour ago for the Chicken Gourmet. Hardly a piece of chicken, wrong toppings, paper thin crust, under cooked. I could cry for $15.99.

I ordered a pizza at 4:45, was told it was going to be a 45-1 hour wait which I’m fine with. Almost 2 hours I received the pizza. I give 3.5 stars because the manager personally drove me out another pizza, threw in cinnamon sticks and gave me a 25$ credit. The pizza was pretty good but I will probably never order delivery from this location again due to delivery times, pick up sounds like the way to go.

Waited 2 hours and 45 minutes to get our pizza tonight. When it arrived my wife's pizza had the wrong crust and was smothered in cheese (not how she ordered it) Feeling pretty unhappy.

Ordered our pizza at 3:45 pm and per email expected delivery time 5:13 pm. At 5:30 still no pizza and when I called to check the status, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to be informed our pizza was just getting out of the oven and will be on its way soon. At 6:05 the pizza arrived and my flatbread was thrown all over in the box. I'm absolutely confused - good customer service means calling the customer to inform extended time regardless of reason, better handling of food during boxing and delivery, and when the driver got to the door, he didn't even ring or knock, he just stood there. And when he was giving me the pizza, no apology for how long it took and when I asked if they were busy, he said he didn't know he had just gotten there and it "looked" busy. What? How is it not communicated to the driver the customer might be pissed... or if it was, he didn't even care. I'm super pissed by this experience and I won't order from here again. Get your shit together and hire people who care about actually having a job and train them to provide better customer service.

Unfortunately this was not one of the best experiences. We went in a 1:30 for the buffet and were told that since the buffet was almost over that nothing would be replenished including the salad bar. That was surprising since the salad bar is available all day. They did have fresh pepperoni out, which is my husband's favorite so we opted for the buffet. I went to help myself to peach ice tea in the machine; dispensed water only. We ended up having to bus our own table while the employees stood around talking. When we were ready to leave I mentioned to the Assistant Manager that the tables needed attention and that the peach ice tea was not dispensing. One of the other employees said "oh yeah, that's been out of order for a couple of days, I guess we should put a note on it". The pizza itself was wonderful....Round Table has some of the best! 'Nuff said!

I LOVE Round Table pizza, but when you pre-order pizza for a specific pick up time, you shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes. That's some poor management...

The place was spotless and the pizza was delicious! Ice machine was not working, but clerk came to table and gave some of the family ice from a bucket. Pizza needed to be cut deeper so you could get it off the tray with out taking several at a time. Will go back as we love their King Arthur Special.

The place was clean and nice but what I seen while eating was beyond enough to keep me from there forever....
I got up to get a piece of fresh pizza the guy had just put it out and sat down in the time it took me to eat my slice of pizza the guy took it off the heat lamp and threw it away maybe 5 minutes after it was put up there while I watched this I thought of the two men in the same parking lot that are homeless and hungry it makes me so sad and angry to see how a business can be so awful to throw perfectly good pizza away when others have nothing to eat I will never give this business my money again

I order round table 3 to 4 times a month, been a long time customer even before they moved to the other location across the parking lot. I always get delivery, I live 2 miles away, not far, It USED TO take 30 to 45 minutes to get my pizza delivered which was fine it came hot and fresh. Now the past couple months it takes an hour and half? Everytime to get my order and it come COLD to LUKEWARM and not very fresh. The cheese looks like it's been sitting on top of the pizza for an hour resting on the self or in the car. I have my oven on for when it arrives just to reheat it for 10 minutes. Tonight I ordered around 830pm and it arrived at 10pm? I could move past that if it was hot and fresh, but no it was the coldest thus far felt like it was strapped to the roof of the car. Round Table I'm not sure what is going on, or what happen to your quality? But you lost it, as well as a long time customer. Hate to say this but Domino's is looking better. But I guess Papa Murphys will have a new customer 3 to 4 times a month. Very disappointed Round Table.
